Very good BBQ. The brisket plate I ordered ($10.95 including 2 sides) was amazing. Smoked for 18 hours, it barely had any form left at all, and readily melted on my fork before melting in my mouth. I'm not a BBQ expert, but this was seriously good.

A nice touch is that the sauce is served on the side (red sauce, mustard sauce, and a vinegar-based sauce), so you can sauce your meat (or not) as you like. I found that a small amount of the texas red sauce, fairly spicy, complemented the tender smoky meat without drowning it out.

Atmosphere is cheery and cheesy, with cafeteria-style service. I've since returned and had a three-way of spicy Andouille sausage, pork ribs, and the excellent brisket while Sarah had a two-way of pulled pork and brisket.

Although the ribs, pulled pork, and especially the Andouille sausage were great, the brisket remains our favorite. They also have excellent sake tasting flights, which includes three top-shelf sakes, which make an unusual, but absolutely perfect, accompaniment to the BBQ. They recently (Dec '05) updated their sake flights, and now have 4 different ones (at different price levels) to choose from - yay! Wholeheartedly recommended!
