Located in a large, noisy dining room, this place has an extensive menu with dozens and dozens of specials on the wall to boot. On my one lunch visit, even though there were just ten or so other diners, the place was very loud, and the service wasn't wonderful, but it got the job done. I found the food to be a very good value. I had Black Pepper Chicken ($5.50) and Spicy Salted Squid ($3.95) and didn't even finish half of them, making for plenty of leftovers for a shade over $10. Both dishes were, if not great, at least good especially considering the price. As it's just a few blocks from my place, I'll undoubtedly be back to sample their other offerings, many of which are somewhat unusual.
