Tasty udon and buckwheat noodles at reasonable prices. I had a combination lunch ($8.50) which included a large steaming bowl of udon noddles w/beef, an assortment of nigiri sushi (salmon, tuna, sweetened egg, shrimp, and one other fish), and a small plate of pickled cabbage. The sushi is decent (the tomago in particular was nice and not as overly-sweet as many places), but the highlight was definitely the noodles - deliciously chewy and in a yummy brown broth, I quickly plowed my way through the generous serving. I tasted my dining companion's soba (cold buckwheat noodle) dish, and it was also very good (although I personally much preferred the udon). Check it out!
