San Francisco Turkish Restaurants

I've been fond of Turkish food since my first visit to New Kappadokia in Redwood City, and am only moreso after spending 9 days in Istanbul, Turkey in 2006 - it's a great cuisine that deserves more attention than it gets. I find it particularly frustrating that many Turkish restaurants around here hide under the "Mediterranean" name, but oh well....
