OK Cal/Mex food, definitely catering to the gringos among us. Sarah and I waited a looooong time (well over an hour) to get a seat at this popular downtown Morgan Hill eatery on a Saturday night. We whiled away the time sipping at their uniquely-spiced margueritas and chatting with our friendly fellow diners-to-be. Given how old and popular this place is, we frankly expected better of it. Not that the food was bad, but it wasn't all that interesting, and seemed very americanized. We noted that, in this area populated largely by Hispanics, nearly everybody here was caucasian.... Service, once we were seated, was attentive and friendly. Despite the bustling crowds, it was a pleasant place in which to dine. Much too americanized-tasting for my liking, though.
